Trust and security at Pallio

Pallio is an AI document-chat platform that answers from your own files with clickable citations. Uploaded documents are stored in Amazon S3 in the United States; account, persona, and chat data live in Google Cloud Firestore. Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest by the storage providers. Pallio does not train AI models on your documents — responses are generated through the business APIs of Google Vertex AI, Microsoft Azure OpenAI, and Anthropic, under terms that do not use API data for model training. Your documents power only your own personas; publishing a persona does not expose your raw files unless you enable source sharing. Deleting a document removes it from your knowledge base and search index, and you can delete your entire account in Settings or by emailing privacy@pallioai.com.
